Massage therapy is used to relieve body tension, fatigue and stress. It increases the blood circulation and promotes the healing of injuries.
Nutritional counseling, provided by a registered dietitian, focuses on specific dietary concerns such as control of high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
Our osteoporosis physical therapy program concentrates on nutrition and exercise that helps increase bone mass, strengthen muscle, and increase flexibility.
Customized personal training from a certified personal trainer with the added benefit of direct input from your physical therapist if you are finishing up treatment for an injury or illness.
Post-Rehab Fitness Program
For patients who have completed physical therapy following an injury or surgery or who are working to manage a chronic condition, a post-rehab fitness program can help transition into a safe and effective training plan.
Self-Directed Exercise Programs
Self-directed exercise programs are a benefit to patients looking to either further rehabilitation efforts or looking to begin a safe exercise program in familiar surroundings after discharge from a formal therapy program.
