Improve your athletic performance with the licensed physical therapists and athletic trainers at RCI. Physiotherapy's Performance Enhancement Program Strengthen Your Game™ is an evidence based approach to performance enhancement. The programs have been designed off of current literature, peer reviewed articles, and research. Each client receives an evaluation to assess ROM/flexibility, strength, core stability, balance, and vision/vestibular function. Each athlete receives and individualized program to address their deficits and to improve their performance in their sport. We offer performance enhancement programs for men and women of all ages in the following disciplines (as well as many others):

  • Baseball/Softball

Professional Help for the Amateur Athlete

This unique fitness program was specifically developed to address the unique requirements of athletes of all skill levels. The athlete will be evaluated for core mechanics related to balance, power, strength and performance.

Beginner Athlete

  • FUNdamentals of movement in an "organized play" environment
  • Simple movement skill sets, coordination, and basic strength all performed with body-weight

Intermediate Athlete

  • Instilling a healthy lifestyle
  • Intermediate acceleration and velocity skills
  • Basic plyometrics training
  • Strength enhancement as external-resistance strength skills are introduced
  • Dynamic and static flexibility

Adult Personal Training

  • Develop a plan for a healthy lifestyle
  • All training levels
  • Athletic-based training
  • Weight training and cardiovascular conditioning
  • Core and functional strength

Pricing:
Youth Fitness
For athletes 8 to 18 years old who would like to learn and maintain a healthy living style.
($25/athlete/session)

Student Sport Specific Training
For those who would like an athletic approach to training. Program will be age appropriate and built upon current athletic ability.
($25/athlete/session)

Adult Personal Training
For an adult looking to achieve personal fitness or performance goals in their sport of choice.
($50/person/session)
