Our home care physical therapy services are most often provided following disabling injuries or surgeries such as hip and knee replacements. With shorter hospital stays and faster discharge times, in-home physical therapy allows you to begin treatment sooner than you may have otherwise been able to come in for an office visit.
With very little space and a lot of creativity, physical therapists can provide the same types of therapy during your at-home sessions that they provide in the rehab center facility. They'll also be able to work with you in your everyday environment to help address any fears, concerns, and wishes you may have about performing any part of your normal routine and the activities of daily living. The physical therapist will also be able to evaluate the areas of your home that may be rearranged or modified to help make your home safer at all times.
